The 3BHK flats are very spacious (up to 2050 sq. ft.) and completely Vaastu-compliant, which is a significant advantage for any family. The swimming pool, clubhouse, and landscaped gardens make it feel luxurious. The location provides easy access to Banashankari (3 km). Additionally, it is RERA-approved. visited the Nandi Brindavan property with my brother last week and learned that itwas released in September 2023. It was pretty large, since we planned to purchase a flat. I admired the smart layout and open space of their three-bedroom homes. With a clubhouse, gym, running track, and 24-hour security, it feels like a full-service lifestyle package. The builder's transparency and RERA approval increase trust. I loved its location and amenities. So, I booked a 1550 sq ft 3BHK unit at Rs. 1.64 crore. It is an excellent choice for families looking for both comfort and convenience.

I went to the Nandi Brindavan location with my family last month. I must say that the salesperson on site was really knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the project and its potential. Also, the location appears to be very promising. Forum South Value Mall (2.72 km), Konanakunte Metro Station (2.65 km), Mantri Arena Mall (2.55 km), National Public School (2.38 km), Astra Super Speciality Hospital (2.53 km), and Cloudnine Hospital (2.73 km).
The only issue I found was that the property is currently unappealing, and the viewing experience was disappointing. The instant you walk in, it feels gloomy and untidy. There is no model house to visualise. We will wait some more time to see how the project is progressing and what changes have been made to the site presentation before making a decision.
