We booked MS Packers and Movers around three weeks ago for house shifting in Mumbai. I would say they did a good job overall. We had quite a lot of items, from delicate to heavy ones and the packaging was well done to protect the goods. They were a bit late to arrive on the day of pickup, so punctuality was a factor we weren’t quite happy with. However, they did the complete shift nicely, so you can go ahead with them.

Hi. I saw you were looking for reviews of MS Packers. I can share mine as we used their services recently to shift within Mumbai. They have a good team who knows their work. There were slight delays here and there, but I wouldn’t worry about them much, as it didn’t hamper their work. Still, I feel they charged a bit high for the service as a whole. My recommendation would be to look for a few more options and then decide on one.

I have a small office in Borivali. We were looking to relocate to Chembur and hired MS services for the office packing and shifting. I wouldn’t say it was the best as there were faults in terms of packaging quality and loading. They were polite and on time, but there were lapses in a few areas, so they need to improve a bit in their service quality. You can find better and more professional packers and movers in Mumbai in my view.
