There is proper professional security at the gate, which takes care of the society’s safety. You have ample space for bike parking and the maintenance on the ground is also something to appreciate.
The flat quality is in good condition and the interiors are something I love a lot. The construction has been done, taking a lot of things into consideration. So, everything has a good balance.

We have been staying in Morya House since the building gained the status of ready to move in. In this much time, we haven’t seen much change in the quality and strength of the building, which is a good sign. The amenities like lift, CCTV cameras and more have been maintained well to follow safety processes and give the residents a comfortable life. The flats here receive a decent amount of sunlight and if you do find a flat here, do give it a try.

I saw a flat was available in this society and quickly scheduled a visit with the seller. The Morya House location, which is in Andheri West, was the main reason for my interest. My office is about 2 km from there and the connectivity through different transport options is great. You have the Mahatma Gandhi Vidyalaya bus stand, Andheri train station and more nearby.
The Kokilaben Hospital, PVR Citi and PVR ICON Mall also fall close by. All these things led me to make the deal with the flat owner and I moved in with my family recently. You should check out the property once.
