I called the builder team of this property a while back to inquire about Merlin Elementa 2.0 unit size and more. The 2 BHK cosy has a carpet area ranging from 631 to 632 sq. ft., while the 2 BHK comfort has a carpet area of 725 to 761 sq. ft.
The area does seem good enough and the area is well developed too, with good connectivity. I asked about the Merlin Elementa 2.0 2 BHK price and their team told me that the starting price is Rs. 76.8 lakhs.
I think that the price is okay, but a little over our budget. So, we are looking for more options to compare this project with, as this is still the best one we have found thus far.

Spread across a land of 2.75 acres, there are 3 towers of 13 floors each here.
As for the Merlin Elementa 2.0 unit configuration, there are 2 and 3 BHK flats with a skywalk between all the towers, which I find pretty cool.
I like the Merlin Elementa 2.0 location, which is close to the upcoming metro and there are over 20 educational institutions here, along with closeness to the Phoenix Mall, which is under construction.
Overall, I think that this is the right project for us and we are going to make the booking for our 3 BHK. You should check this project once to see if you like it.
