We were searching for a 2 BHK and contacted the builder team to inquire about the Mangeshi Valley 2BHK price and more. Starting at Rs. 76 lakhs, the 2 BHK home has a carpet area of 683 and 695 square feet. We liked the amenities here, which include a gymnasium, jogging track, indoor game room, yoga lawn, a playing area for the kids, etc.
The project is approved by RERA and the Mangeshi Valley RERA number is P51700047989. We felt that the project was well rounded with a decent price. So, after thinking about our options, we are going with a 2 BHK here.

We booked a 1 BHK flat in Mangeshi Valley recently. We were searching for a project with all-around features and this project offers just that. The 1 BHK carpet area is available in 487 and 501 square feet, with the Mangeshi Valley 1BHK price starting at Rs. 56 lakhs onwards till July end as a pre-launch offer.
A lot of other features that made us book a house were the high security setup, Vastu compliance, and other such amenities. You can give them a call or visit the project to understand whether this is the right choice for you.

I visited the project along with my family and can share the Mangeshi Valley review based on our first impressions. Offering 1 and 2 BHK homes, the Mangeshi Valley address is at Vasant Valley Road in Kalyan West, which is a plus for us the connectivity is pretty good.
Ring Road and Bhiwandi can be covered within 4 kilometres, while you can reach Thane by driving for 18 km only. Hospitals like Aayush, Fortis, and Shwaas are nearby with several banks also present within the 2 kilometre radius.
The Mangeshi Valley possesion date is July 2026, which is a bit late for us, but considering everything in this project, we are looking forward to booking a 2 BHK here.
