Whenever I come across a project, there are two things that I always check for review and ask for their RERA number. When my brother-in-law told me about Mana Jardin Neo, the first thing I did was check the mana jardin neo reviews. From the reviews I learned about the various amenities they have and the carpet areas of the various units.
After that, I visited the property and asked for the Rera number of the property, which they told me was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/181223/006500. After all my queries were satisfied, I booked a 3 BHK unit with them.

Last month, a friend of mine told me that he bought a 3BHK unit in the Mana Jardin Neo. Since I was interested in purchasing a 4BHK he told me to check the units they have. I visited the project site along with him and met the executive. I asked him about the Mana Jardin Neo 3BHK and 4 BHK price.
He said that the starting price is Rs. 3.43 crores and after that provided me with the carpet areas of the 3 BHK and 4BHk units.

Last month, I visited the property Mana Jardin Neo with my friend. The Mana Jardin Neo location is Near Government Hospital, Kodathi, Chikkakannalli, Bangalore. This property provides luxurious 3,4,4+ BHK apartments. I loved the way they planned the project and along with that, the amenities they are providing. Some of those are

The executive who was in charge of showing me around also showed me the dummy flats they have. I was quite impressed by those and following that I decided to book a 4 BHK unit with them.
