About two weeks ago, I visited Majestique New Friends to get a clearer idea about the project. The sales team shared the pricing details with me, which are as follows:
2 BHK (609 to 898 sq. ft.): Rs. 1.21 to 1.86 crore
3 BHK (969 to 1300 sq. ft.): Rs. 1.89 to 2.87 crore
4 BHK (1777 sq. ft.): Rs. 3.65 crore
They also informed me that the project is registered under RERA: P52100055935, with an expected possession date of December 2029. Considering the location and pricing, everything seems reasonable to me, and I plan to proceed with the investment.

The project is being developed on 4 acres of land and will have five towers with around 550 flats. They offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes, and the prices range from Rs. 1.21 crore to Rs. 3.65 crore. Overall, the project seems reasonable, but the 4-year possession timeline feels too long for me. Because of that, I am now considering other projects that are ready or nearing completion.
