Went with my family last month to see the flats on sale in Mahindra Ivylush. There are 2, 3, and 4 BHK options, with two options available for the 2 and 3 BHK units. We had an interest in the 3 BHK homes. I’d say the layout of the 3 BHK is what I found pretty interesting. There are 2 master bedrooms with a walk in closet in the primary master bedroom. There is one master bedroom on the other end of the house with a quite large living room in the middle. The carpet area is close to 1000 sq. ft., with more spacious options for the 3 BHK available too. We are going to finalise the deal next week with the builder.

When we first saw the site a few weeks ago, we liked the overall offerings with the architecture, amenities and all. But, I think the fittings and quality are something that had me interested the most. In any property, the quality of construction and fittings matters a lot. For flooring, they have vitrified tiles. In terms of doors and windows, too, they have good quality doors and UPVC windows. It seems like a good deal as of now.

A well thought out project, if you ask me. A number of features like solar panelled roof on the two clubhouses for energy generation, rainwater harvesting, leisure area, landscaping, terrace style deck and all had us interested from the start. This project is in Kharadu Annex, which is a decent neighbourhood. Coming to the space of the 2 BHK we saw, the grande one is the larger unit with around 770 sq. ft. of carpet area, okay for the standards, but a little more space, of course, would have been better. Overall nice, but we are yet to decide.
