I along with my cousin, visited the project and enquired about the Mahindra Citadel Bastion Possession date, which they told me was December 2026. Following that, I asked about the RERA number of the project, which they told me was P52100053150. I decided to book a 3 BHK here as I was already aware of the locational advantages through my cousin. Apart from that, the price was also under my budget.

I came across a Mahindra Citadel Bastion while I was in Pimpri and decided to check it out as I was in the area. After visiting the project, my biggest concern was the price and thus I asked about the Mahindra Citadel Bastion price list and other details.
The executive was very polite and he explained everything to me. He told me about the Mahindra Citadel Bastion 3BHK and 4BHK price and carpet areas (I have added those at the bottom). As the price were in my budget, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit, that cost me around Rs.1.90 Crore, excluding the charges. Here is the price list
