Hello. We checked out a 2 BHK home in Ashvita, which is in Kukatpally. My partner and I have been searching for a good property for the last few months and this one suited our preferences. The area of the house is good for the configuration, with a built-up area of 1262 sq. ft. and a carpet area of 930 sq. ft. Coming to the Mahindra Ashvita price, the flat is costly, as the selling rate was quoted as Rs. 1.29 crores. We are in talks with the owner and looking to negotiate as the property is well located with good amenities all around.

Hello. I have been living in this society for years now and would like to add my review to the Mahindra Ashvita reviews. This is a gated community near HITEC City MMTS on Hafeezpet Road, which was one reason we bought the 3 BHK here. The Mahindra Ashvita address has several means of transportation with the Hi-Tech City bus stop, Miyapur Metro Station and the Hi-Tech City Train Station nearby.
Although there is an issue with the railway tracks nearby, this locality is one of the best to live in. There is a good social infrastructure with hospitals like Sudha and Meds close by, along with the Nexus Mall.
The society was also very well managed during the COVID period, which shows the proper management you have here. So, if 2, 3 or 4 BHK is your lookout, this is a good option to consider.
