The apartment that I bought is a resale apartment and for that the owner asked me to pay Rs. 1.4 Crore. This seemed a bit too much for me and after some negotiations, we settled at Rs. 1.2 Crore. One of the main reasons for purchasing this property is because it is close to my office, which is Dr. DY Patil Medical College. Apart from that, I found the apartments to be quite spacious and they receive a lot of sunlight as well. Overall, me and my family loved the apartment and the project and thus we bought it.

Following the rules of Vastu is important to me, and I was looking for a Vastu-compliant house. My uncle suggested that I check out this project. I looked up the Mahindra Antheia address, which is in Nehru Nagar, Pimpri Colony, Pune. Upon arrival, an executive provided me with a brochure from which I learned that it was built according to Vastu rules. Some of the amenities of the project that stood out to me were the party area, tennis court, jogging track, children\'s play area, and park. Unexpectedly, they also have rainwater harvesting, which was pretty surprising for me. Since I liked the project, I enquired about the Mahindra Antheia 3 BHK price, which he told me was Rs. 1.5 Crore. This was within my budget and I have decided to purchase a unit here.
