What are the Mahaavir Exotique Reviews, Kharghar, Mumbai?

I was looking to invest in a property when I came across

. The pricing really caught my attention. It seemed quite reasonable, so I decided to look into it further. I checked out the connectivity in the area, and it actually looked good:

1. Amandoot Metro Station: just 7 minutes away

2. NH-48: only 2 minutes away

3. Sion Panvel Highway: around 15 minutes

Then I checked the possession date, which is expected by December 2026. The project also has all the required government approvals. From what I have seen so far, this seems like one of the best deals currently in Mumbai. That’s why I am seriously thinking about investing here.

I recently checked out Mahaavir Exotique, which offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats. The project has some really good amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, jogging track, Ganesh temple, banquet hall, and more. What honestly caught my attention was the pricing. It’s quite reasonable. A 1 BHK flat is going for Rs. 49 lakhs, and a 2 BHK is priced at Rs. 84 lakhs. Compared to other societies I have seen, this seems like a great deal and planning to book a unit by this month.

 I recently visited this property because I needed to visit a colleague who lives here. As I was already looking for some magnificent property to invest in, I also planned to look into it. I found that the Mahaavir Exotique possession date is going to be in December 2026. I was pretty impressed by the amenities offered in this project, such as the multipurpose court for any sports, the outdoor gym, and the clubhouse. 

They also have the plan of a central fountain and a waterfall wall which looks pretty, along with a pool deck and a jacuzzi. They even have a temple within the project, which is very convenient for old people, like my mother. The Mahaavir Exotique price falls within my range, as their 1BHK prices start with Rs.47 Lakh, going up to around Rs.87 Lakh for larger units. Because of all this, I am seriously considering investing in this project.

When I went to visit this project recently on a relative’s recommendation, the location of the project impressed me. Since Mahaavir Exotique address is of Upper Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, it has everything a family needs in proximity. 

• The upcoming Navi Mumbai Corporate Park is only 1.5 Kms. 

• The Kharghar Valley Golf Course is also just 2 Kms, which is amazing since I play golf a lot. 

• If we need to commute, the Sector 35 Metro Station is only 0.5 Km away.  

• For the kids, the Central Park is barely 2 Kms. 

• For healthcare, the Sanjeevani Hospital and Tata Memorial Hospital are both just a 10-minute drive away. 

• And DAV International School also only takes around 15 minutes to reach. 

With entertainment centres like ‘Utsav Chowk’ and ‘Shilp Chowk’ nearby as well, the location becomes really convenient, making me want to consider investing in this project.

I recently booked a 2 BHK in this project, thus I am sharing my Mahaavir Exotique reviews over here. When I visited the site, I was very impressed by the project. This project offers 1, 2 & smart 3 BHK unit configurations, and is spread over 6-acres of land. They offer beautiful panoramic open green views and superior air quality, along with a lavish clubhouse. They also have 450+ tree plantations within the development, so you feel connected with nature. It is RERA approved and the Mahaavir Exotique RERA Number is P52000031173.

I got to know about the project builder, The Mahaavir Group, and found out that it is a high-end real estate developer that was founded in 1988 and has its main office in Navi Mumbai. The group has become one of Navi Mumbai's leading developers today. They are dedicated to making sure that the resident experience is fulfilling by improving lives through their attention to detail, and reliable construction. After knowing all this, I finally planned to invest in the project.
