Nova Magarpatta is a luxury housing project being constructed on 2 acres of land. It has 2 towers with a total of 220 apartments. The project offers 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK homes, with prices starting from about Rs. 98 lakhs. It has good amenities, modern facilities, and a convenient location. However, the possession is expected only by December 2028, and the prices are quite high. Because of the long waiting period, it does not suit my current plans, so I have decided to look for other options.

About a month ago, I visited Nova Magarpatta to understand the project better. During the site visit, I saw that it provides many amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, yoga area, kids’ play area, clubhouse, pet park, party lawn, entrance lounge, and a multipurpose hall. The project is RERA registered with the number P52100055577.

As per the details I received from the sales team, Nova Magarpatta offers multiple unit configurations with the following carpet areas:

  1. 2 BHK: 809.56 sq. ft. and 874.68 sq. ft.

  2. 2.5 BHK: 989.97 sq. ft.

  3. 3 BHK: 1082.32 sq. ft. and 1233.40 sq. ft.

  4. 3.5 BHK: 1427.95 sq. ft.

Overall, the project appears well-planned with good amenities and spacious unit options. However, I am still considering whether investing in this project would be the right decision for me.

I have been looking at under-construction housing projects for investment and found Nova Magarpatta, which has many good reviews online. One good point is that the homes follow Vastu rules. The location is also very convenient and well connected. 

  1. Magarpatta Road is just 5 minutes away

  2. Solapur to Pune Highway is about 10 minutes away

  3. Kalyani Nagar Metro Station can be reached in 10 minutes

  4. Hadapsar Railway Station is only 8 minutes away

  5. Pune to Ahmednagar Road is around 20 minutes away

  6. Pune International Airport is about 25 minutes away.

Overall, the project offers good connectivity and convenience for daily travel, making it a suitable option for investment.
