I recently visited this project, thinking that they offer 3 BHK units. However, the sales team said that they offer only 1, and 2 BHK units. But they are offering an option of joining a 1 BHK and 2 BHK to create a larger 3 BHK jodi apartment. All the 2 BHKs in this project offer open balconies. I really liked that this project is offering some important amenities like creche, healthcare facility, etc. within its premises.

Metro Line Four is just 200 mts.
Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is just 8.2 km
The only drawback is that the 1 BHK flats here with a garden view will lack sunlight.
