The 2 BHK residence starts at Rs. 1.99 crore and above, while the 2 BHK with a study is priced from Rs. 2.39 crore onwards. This is a premium and luxury project. Even though these prices are a little higher than my planned budget, the project offers strong connectivity and a wide range of modern amenities, which makes it attractive. Given this balance between location benefits and lifestyle features, I am still carefully considering whether to proceed with the purchase in line with my current financial plan.

I visited the Lodha Corinthia sales office after seeing many positive reviews. The project offers spacious, well-planned 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments suitable for families. We were impressed by the range of modern amenities that this project will offer, including an elegant outdoor cafe, a luxurious banquet hall, a gym, a swimming pool, children’s play areas, jogging tracks, and more. However, since the project’s possession is expected in 2030, we are also considering other nearby projects that may be ready earlier. We want to compare options carefully before making a final investment decision.
