I think LML Arshiya has really roomy and attractive apartments. I went to the project site to enquire about the LML Arshiya price list. I came to know that the prices start from Rs. 65 Lakhs excluding GST and registration charges for 2 and 3 BHK flats.
There are 3 blocks of apartments here and the project is also RERA approved.[ The RERA ID of the project is TN/29/Building/306/2022.
However, since I was not making a booking, I could not get to know the exact LML Arshiya 1 BHK price and LML Arshiya 2 BHK price including GST and registration charges. But they told me about the carpet area of the flats which is 836-1115 sq. ft for 2BHK and 1243-1411 sq. ft for 3BHK.
