Well, my experience of going ahead with this company wasn’t as I expected it to be. After making the payment for the estimation, a lot of delays took place in starting the work itself. Even after that delay, they again took a lot of time to deliver the house to us. I would not recommend them for interior work in Pune. Look for someone professional, instead.

My cousin recently got her interior designed by them and it was because of her Livspace Pune reviews I hired them for our project. The project manager was really patient and understanding during the design consultation. We had a lot of queries and the team answered everything and assured us that the ultimate design will be based on our vision. However, I found their designs to be very generic and not what I expected. I had made myself very clear about our ideas, which were minimalist but slightly bold. But the designs looked outdated with bulky furniture. The manager assured me that the end result will match our expectations, but sadly, it didn’t happen.

I am writing this Livspace Pune review, out of immense dissatisfaction. During our random visits, we often found either no workers or a single worker idling at our house, with no supervisor or contractor monitoring the work. Livspace outsources these jobs to local vendors, not their professionals. We had to escalate the issue multiple times, and the Project Manager only visited the site on the days we escalated our concerns. Reluctantly, they obliged with site visits, but only after we raised hell over the lack of supervision and progress.

Livspace charges a premium, often twice the market rates, yet their work quality was below par. Basic fittings in the washroom and kitchen were not done properly. They ruined my entrance with a shoddy refurbishment of the main door and foyer. Even in simple tasks like painting, they missed painting my balcony ceilings!

It was my mistake to not go through the Livspace reviews Pune, before hiring them. With Livspace Interiors, the design finalisation took almost 1.5 months after our first payment. The home interior project dragged on for over 90 days, and we eventually had to beg for closure, stating we'd handle the remaining work ourselves. Despite making a 50% advance payment, we had to escalate and follow up to get a Project Manager assigned, waiting over 10 days post-payment.

I am writing this Livspace Pune review, to highlight the cons that I faced with it. Livspace house interiors can also be improved. The only issue, that  I encountered during the project, was that the project manager and the team should first coordinate. Despite the project manager's constant availability for calls, the team appeared uncertain about their daily responsibilities.
