When I asked about the construction completion date, the builders informed me that the Lancor The Summit possession date is set for October 2029. The project is located in a well-developed area, close to schools, malls, IT parks, and many other essential amenities.
Athena Global Cambridge International School is 20 minutes away,
The Sathyabama University is 7 minutes away.
The Infosys IT office is 8 minutes away.
The Marina Mall is 18 minutes away.
I also asked about the Lancor The Summit RERA number, and the builder provided the details: TN/29/Building/0583/2024. After checking all the details, I planned to book a unit here.
