I found the Kumar Parth Towers price list a bit too much. The apartments here range between Rs 93 lakhs to Rs 1.40 crores which is way too high than my budget so I checked out the
Rachana Bella Casa Royaleproject in the same location. This project has
1 and 2 BHK apartments within the price range of Rs 37.89 Lacs - Rs 55.89 Lacs
It has three buildings within 100 units
By this year only the project is supposed to get wrapped up
I quite loved this project hence will suggest you check both projects and then decide which one suits your needs better.

Kumar Parth Tower is a project that is being constructed by Kumar World who have been in real estate for more than 55 years now so be assured your investment will be worth it
You will 2 and 3 BHK apartments here and the Kumar Parth towers 2 BHK price starts from Rs 93 lakhs onwards
It will have 3 buildings with 577 apartments
I found the project affordable and well-constructed as of now but will wait till this year’s end to take a final call. You should visit the project at least once and if possible, share your insights here to help us understand whether to invest here.

The Kumar Parth Towers possession date is quite far, 4 years from now, which is on March 2028. I had checked this project a few months ago and to be honest I didn't like it much. There are several reasons why I am saying this so let me cite a few of them here:

There is only 1 balcony for 3 BHK which I did not like at all
The price of the apartments here are quite expensive compared to projects located in the same place
Their sales team is very rude. They do not know how to talk with customers and does not answer all the queries as they should have
Sorry, but I would suggest you refrain from investing here but the call is yours.
