What are the Kumar Parc Residences Review, Hadapsar, Pune?

I recently checked Kumar Parc Residence and found it quite good. The project offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats with practical layouts. The 2 BHK is around 840 sq ft and the price starts from Rs. 1.20 Cr. The 3 BHK is bigger at 1160 sq ft and costs around Rs. 1.80 Cr. The flat sizes look comfortable for families.

What I liked most were the amenities. There is a clubhouse, a party hall with a pantry, and a co-working space, which is useful for work-from-home people. The project also has guest rooms, a gym, a basketball court, and a swimming pool with a deck area. For families, there is a daycare with a pantry and a library.

The project RERA number is P52100055344), which gives more confidence. Overall, I feel this project is a good option for people looking to buy a modern home in Hadapsar.

Quite a few amenities in this property and my family really liked that aspect when we checked the homes here. There is a huge swimming pool, kids’ pool, cafe, sky bridge, amphitheatre, mini theatre, pet park, multiple play courts and a lot more. Although feature wise, this project does look promising, I found the price to be pretty high. The 2 BHK starts at Rs. 1.11 crores, which has us thinking because of our tight budget.

Saw an ad for Kumar Parc Residences with 2 BHK homes. As we were looking for a 2 BHK for the last 2 months, we thought we’d see this on site once. Went there a couple of weeks ago, and the project seems decent overall. The property is on Magarpatta Road near Amanora Mall. The overall place is nice in terms of connectivity. The Magarpatta IT Park is close by, so are restaurants, hospitals and all. So, price appreciation wise, this feels positive.

A friend of mine who is in real estate helped me look for a good 3 BHK. Kumar Parc was amongst the ones he suggested. The project is RERA approved, so after checking that, we moved on to look at the other features. We discussed the construction and fittings in the flats with the team. A class, earthquake resistant construction is being followed, flooring is vitrified tiles, granite kitchen counter, aluminium sliding windows and all. We are interested in the flat, but the price point is holding us back. So we will see our options and then decide.
