My father and I have booked a flat in this project. For me, everything felt convenient from the amenities, the transportation options, to most importantly, the location. The project includes features like a jogging and strolling track, outdoor tennis courts, a multipurpose hall, and more.

Overall, everything looked good to us, so we went ahead with the booking. I would suggest visiting the place once before making a decision.

I checked out the

project in Mogappair recently. Honestly, I really liked the society, the layout was nice, and the amenities were also good. They are offering 2, 3, and 4 BHKs, and the prices start at Rs. 62.5 lakhs. For a 2 BHK in that area, I felt it was quite fair, especially compared to other projects I have seen. The possession is expected around July 2025. Once it’s ready, I will visit again. If everything looks good, I am seriously thinking of putting my money into it.

Also, the nearest metro station is the Thirumangalam Metro Station. All such things made me positive about investing in this project.

I am writing this KG Impressions review because when I visited the property some time ago and explored it properly, I was really impressed by the amenities offered here. I saw that they are offering specially designed wheelchair-friendly amenities for senior citizens. The apartments are Vastu compliant. Also, the apartments here that are 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK apartments and 4 BHK duplex homes are constructed with ‘Zero Dead Space’ design. This project has a beautiful common garden for gathering, along with a swimming pool, gym, indoor games room, aerobics room, and a children’s play area for the little ones. All such amenities offered and the KG Impressions price being around Rs. 1.07 Cr seemed quite reasonable to me and made me want to invest here.

When I was looking to invest in this property, I researched about it a lot. I also went to visit the property, where I found out that KG Impressions unit configuration is diverse, of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. It is built by KR builders, which is a respectable and renowned group which builds to perfection. I found that KG Impressions possession date is going to be in July 2026. KG Impressions address is of Mogappair West, Chennai, which is a convenient location for me since I work nearby. It is a gated community which offers great protection through CCTV cameras. Knowing all these things made me really want to invest in this project.
