What I liked about Jade City is its location. The Juinagar station is just 2.4 km and Nerul station is 2.5 km from this project. Vashi is 4.5 km away, and CBD Belapur is 4.2 km away. The roads like Vashi-Turbhe road are 5.1 km, Sion-Panvel Highway is 6 km, and Thane-Belapur road is 7 km away. The possession timeline is something I am keeping an eye on, as it is in 2031. Otherwise, it is a long-term value investment.

I booked a 2 BHK in Raheja Jade City after comparing with other Navi Mumbai projects. It has all the approvals, like RERA approval with RERA number, P51700080277. I liked its location and amenities. Earlier, I thought the pricing is slightly higher, but given Raheja's brand value and building quality, it is acceptable.
As you know, Raheja Developers is a well-known Indian real estate firm and they are established in 1990. They are popular for their wide range of residential and commercial projects, which include plotted townships and upscale residences. I will rate them 4.5 out of 5.

I recently visited K Raheja Jade City in Juinagar with my parents. It is a grand 55-acre mixed-use development in Navi Mumbai. I was amazed by its layout and wide areas. It is offering premium 1, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments. The clubhouse, gym, and sewage water treatment are all thoughtfully designed.
Additionally, this project features three levels of leisure zones withineach tower.
The location is also good. It is close to Juinagar station and has easy access to the highway. We will finalize after discussing it with my elder brother.
