Sharing my JK Iris reviews here. I spent 63 lakhs on a 458 sq ft, 1 BHK apartment here. Not only is JK Iris a premium project, but it's also one of the best projects by JK Developer that I've seen thus far. It is evident that careful consideration went into the development process, and the construction quality is excellent. Their sales team does a wonderful job of explaining every aspect of the project. When compared to other buildings in the area, the construction is stunning, conveying an air of grandeur and wealth. Overall, I will rate them 4.5 out of 5.

Last month, my brother and I visited this project. The exact JK Iris address is Vinay Nagar Road, Kashimira, Mira Road East, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401107. Its 3 towers exclusively consist of 1 BHK flats, and 5 towers consist of 2 BHK flats only. What we liked the most was its location. This project is 4 minutes from Western Express Highway, 2 minutes from Ghodbander Road, 32 minutes from the International Airport, 30 minutes from the Domestic Airport, and 12 minutes from Mira Road Railway Station. My brother finally booked a 2 BHK unit of 658 sq. ft here.
