I recently visited a few project sites in Chennai to check their rates and amenities. One of the projects I visited was Jains Seven 77 in OMR. I spoke with the sales team to learn about the facilities they offer, which include a gym, skating track, gaming zone, and a multi-purpose hall, among others. The price for the units starts from around Rs. 1.25 crore. Initially, it seemed a bit high, but considering the location in OMR, it seemed reasonable. I am still looking at other ready-to-move projects and plan to compare them before making a final decision to ensure I find the best option within my budget.

A few months ago, I was exploring property investment options in OMR, Chennai, and came across the Jains Seven 77 project. I checked their website for more information.
