They explained the overall project details clearly, like it is an under-construction development offering 2, and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1032 to 1728 sq ft, with prices starting from around Rs. 1.05 crore. The project has 179 units across two buildings on nearly 5 acres and offers 80+ amenities like a swimming pool, gym, skating track, indoor games, and so on. Overall, the project looks good and well-planned, but the possession is around April 2028, and since we need a very fast possession, we are also exploring other ready or near-completion options.

Recently, my father asked me to find a ready-to-move project, as he plans to invest his savings in a 2 BHK apartment on OMR. While searching online, I came across Jains Seven 77 in OMR, Chennai. The possession is expected by the end of 2025. I also checked the approvals and found the RERA number: TN/29/Building/0161/2023.

Global Infocity Park is about 900 meters.
The Perungudi, OMR bus stop is only 7 minutes away.

I spoke with the sales team to learn about the facilities they offer, which include a gym, skating track, gaming zone, and a multi-purpose hall, among others. The price for the units starts from around Rs. 1.25 crore. Initially, it seemed a bit high, but considering the location in OMR, it seemed reasonable.
