Irani Mansion is actually a great project to invest in but let me also tell you that it is not RERA approved and neither does it have a parking area for which I skipped visiting the project. I really don't want to buy an apartment which is not RERA approved. This is all I have to say about the Irani Mansion Review.

I frequently visit the Big Bazaar Hypermarket and recently I met a friend there and from her, I heard a lot about Irani Mansion. She is currently living there and it seems that the overall environment has made her quite happy. Big Bazaar Hypermarket is only 2.7km away from her apartment and she clearly admitted that the project has a very good location. If you have family and school going kids then you should know that Don Bosco High School is just 2kms away and Tata Memorial Hospital is 2.4km away. I hope this Irani Mansion Review will give you an idea about its location.

You will come across a number of projects near Irani Mansion like Bombay Dyeing Two ICC, Island City Centre, Ruparel Luminaire and Bombay Spring and from my perspective I think Irani Mansion is a great choice among them as this project has actually used high quality materials for the construction purpose. I have not checked all of the projects there but since I have visited Irani Mansion, I would suggest that it is worth opting for. From my end, for the Irani Mansion Review rating, it is 4 out of 5.

Irani Mansion is a ready to move in project and is very well-connected with the rest of the city. My in-laws live there and last week I paid a visit to them and felt that it is actually a great project to opt for. Since I have a decent idea about the legal documents required, I asked about the issuance of OC and CC. I found out that the commencement certificate is not issued. I would say that please ask for it and do talk to other occupants of the property as well to get more Irani Mansion reviews.
