I recently moved here with my family, and let me share my Innovative Petal reviews. The project spans across 2 acres, offering 2 and 3 BHK apartments. What I love about this project is the neighbourhood, which is peaceful but also well-connected. There are public transportation facilities nearby, and you’ll also find a lot of shopping malls and supermarkets close to the apartments. When we were exploring projects in Doddanekundi, we had a couple more options, but this stood out because of its location and affordability. The price starts from Rs. 51 lakhs, and you’ll get all necessary amenities like parking, lift, security, power backup, internet services, and so much more. If you’re interested, my suggestion would be to visit the place once and check for yourself.

I was looking for an investment project in
Doddanekundi, and got to know about this from a colleague. I first checked the Innovative Petal address, because I wanted it close to my office. It’s on Doddanekundi
main road, Mahadevapura, which I found convenient because it’s just a few minutes from my workplace. My wife and I visited the project a month ago, and found everything suitable for us. The area is 2 acres with 120 units, and there are spacious apartments with 2 and 3 BHK configurations. Here are some benefits of the location you might consider.
KR Puram Railway station is 3.7 km away
Baiyappanahalli metro station is around 7 km from here
Phoenix market city is around 4.1 km away
More supermarket is 5 km from here
Apollo Pharmacy is around 3 km away
We are currently going through the
Innovative Petal price list and will decide. But I’d definitely recommend this to anyone exploring projects in Bangalore.
