In September 2023, I visited this project, built by ICON DEVELOPERS GROUP. This builder is known for its well-planned societies, and they completed over ten projects to date. Icon Paramount is a premium gated community in Westend Colony, Hyderabad. It has G+9 floors, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK spread over 1.16 acres. In total, this project has 123 units. What impressed me most about this project is the world-class amenities, like:

Pergolas
Guest Bedrooms
Banquet Hall
Gym
Children's Play Area, etc.
I felt like this project had everything I needed within the community. That’s why I booked a 2.5 BHK, East-facing flat of super built-up area 1375 sq. ft. Its possession is in September 2026.

When I purchased my 2BHK unit of 1350 sq. ft. for my parents at Icon Paramount, I was anxious about possession. Now, I feel the developer will deliver the project on time. I liked their construction quality and spacious flats with clever layouts that will maximise natural light and ventilation. The furnishing and fittings are impressive.
Glazed ceramic tiles used in the kitchen and toilets.
Jaquar sanitary fittings were done in the bathroom.
There is provision for a geyser and exhaust fans in all bathrooms.
Two coats of plaster were done for internal and external walls.
Living Dining, Bedrooms, and Kitchen have premium Vitrified tiles of 800mm x 800mm.
Overall, I feel proud of my decision to buy here, as it matches my parents’ lifestyle.
