At the project venue, she wanted to be sure of Highway Apartment unit configuration. The sales team informed us that there were 1 BHK and 2 BHK rooms available. She decided she would buy a 1 BHK flat of 500 square feet, and the Highway Apartment price for a 1 BHK was around Rs. 30 Lakhs. The flat was well within her budget and she felt she got a good deal.

My friend wanted to see properties in Delhi. I informed him about the Highway Apartment which I had seen a few days back. He wanted to see the project. There were some legal queries on his mind about the project. He asked about the Highway Apartment possession date and the manager informed him the project was completed in October 2001. He also checked the project amenities. The project had a park, flower garden, rainwater harvesting and retail shops in the premises. All the other amenities were also well maintained. Since he liked the amenities on offer, he decided to buy a flat here. He made part payment for the flat and informed the manager he would pay the remaining amount after three weeks.

While checking out properties in Delhi, I came across many Highway Apartment reviews. The reviews were very positive and I wanted to see the project. Highway Apartment location is at Ghazipur Main Road in New Delhi. While looking at the surrounding area, I found that Bakkarwala Village Crossing was just 1.4 km away. There was also metro connectivity, Mundka Industrial Area metro station and Mundka metro station were 3.7 km and 4.7 km away respectively. While looking for hospitals,I found Karuna Sindhu hospital at a distance of 2.2 km. There were many supermarkets close by. Shree bala ji traders was six minutes away and Hitesh Patanjali Store was nine minutes away. The connectivity is good and I felt it was worthwhile to get a flat here.
