The area is great and well-developed, and the project has government approval. This project’s RERA ID is P51800053804, and the possession date is December 2026. Also, when I checked the Gurukrupa Sharanam price list, I found it’s under my budget. I booked a 1BHK for 85.10 lakhs. Overall, I will rate it 4 out of 5.

Last month, my brother was looking to buy a 1 BHK property in this project. He then asked me to check for the Gurukrupa Sharanam address. I told him it is near McDonald's, Shailendra Nagar, Dahisar East, Mumbai. We both visited the site to check out the facilities and amenities. This property offers a parking area, borewell, and other essential facilities. The amenities are also impressive, including party halls, indoor games, and a children's play area.
We also found the location good and the environment around the property is also very pleasant. He is going to discuss with our father before purchasing a unit here. If everything goes well, most probably he will book a unit by next month.

The builder of this project is Gurukrupa Realcon, a well-known name in Mumbai’s real estate sector. This project is in Dahisar East, with easy access to Dahisar Station (1.4 km), Anand Nagar metro station (0.9 km), Dahisar East metro station (7 minutes away), Ashok Hospital (2.4 km), and Royal Plaza (1.6 km).
