Good 2 BHK in Keshav Nagar. There are 5 towers and over 150 flats here across 3 acres. So I’d say good open space is also there, which did attract us. I liked the carpet area the most. For a 2 BHK, 1170 sq. ft. is quite nice. When we checked out the demo flat, the layout was decent but I did feel that they could’ve done better with the kitchen area.

A little costly I’d say,starting from 89 lakhs but the features did have us impressed. There's a gym, swimming pool, camp fire and barbeque, mini theatre and more. I checked the progress of the construction and it is moving at a nice pace. This is set to be handed for possession by the end of 2027 and that matches our needs. So considering everything, we have kept this as an option for now.
