I have been to Goyal Orchid Salisbury just once and since the construction is in its very early stage; I enquired about the amenities it will provide and learnt that it will have a:

The sales team assured that brand fittings and quality material will be used in the construction and I hope they will stick to their promise. However, since I am yet to verify it, I will suggest you pay it a visit after a few months and decide whether the project suits you or not.
