This project offers 1, 2, 3, & 4 BHK apartments, spans across 11 acres, and offers over 70+ amenities. Golden Willows project in Panvel is GEM 4 pre-certified green building. I really liked the apartment features that this project is offering:
The apartment will come with spacious sundeck
All rooms have large format vitrified tiles, while the utility room and balcony have anti-skid vitrified tiles.
Single-glazed, heavy-duty aluminum windows
All inside doors have melamine-finished laminate, and the main entrance door is veneered.
Quartz stone platform featuring a fully equipped base unit and a modular kitchen
There is a water purifier, geyser, exhaust, and stove available.
Completely hidden fixtures, glass shower divider
Intercom-equipped video door phone
All balconies include waterproof switches and AC plug points.
Internal copper wire that is hidden by a drain pipe
Overall, I found this to be a good option to invest in.

I really liked the names of the towers in this project. For instance, Lavender, Jasmine, Zenia, Aster, Mayflower, Orchid, Acacia, Iris, Marigold. The project has been registered via MahaRERA and all the towers have received the RERA registration number. However, as I have booked an apartment in the Marigold tower and its RERA registration number is P5200005. There is a Hiranandani Trust School within this project. There is also a supermarket, retail outlet, and a restaurant within the project. Overall, a nice property to ensure a good ROI in the future.
