This project offers 1, and 2 BHK apartments, and spans across 4+ acres (1.6+ hectares), and is offering over 40 amenities. Some of the basic amenities that are present here are multipurpose play court, swimming pool, gymnasium, creche, indoor games, and so on. Also, the project is RERA registered and the MahaRERA number is P51700027436. Overall, I found this to be a good option to invest in, but the only concern is the narrow lane leading to the project. Apart from this, I think this is one of the best projects in the locality.

Location wise, this project is awesome. It is because it will just take a,
14 mins drive time to Kalyan Station Highway
22 mins drive time to Majiwada, Thane Hospital
14 mins to my son’s school that is Poddar International School
The property valuation will also increase because of the upcoming metro station, which is just 6 mins from the project. This is still under construction and the Godrej Upavan possession date is by June 2025. Overall, a nice property to ensure a good ROI in the future.

The Godrej Upavan address is Kalyan, Junction, off Mumbai - Nashik Expressway, Samata Nagar, Sainath Nagar, Themghar, Thane, Maharashtra 421308. I found the project to be quite affordable in comparison to a few other projects in Thane. The price of 1 BHK starts from Rs. 43.99 Lakh onwards, and 2 BHK starts from Rs. 74.99 Lakh. onwards. Apart from affordability, I’d like to inform Mr. Kavish that I asked the builder team about the concern of narrow lanes. They assured that the lane expansion work is in progress but assume it will take a few years to complete it. I have booked a 2 BHK apartment here and I am waiting for a smooth possession.
