I recently booked a 3 BHK apartment in Godrej Emerald Waters, Pimpri. The project really impressed me. It is spread across 7.5 acres and offers both 2 and 3 BHK flats. What I liked the most was the modern amenities and the fact that the area is developing well. The prices for 2 and 3 BHK flats start from around Rs. 1.10 crore to Rs. 1.53 crore. It felt like a high amount, but I believe it will be a great investment for the future.

I am planning to settle in Pune, so I have been exploring various under-construction projects in the city. One project that really caught my attention is Godrej Emerald Waters. It offers a wide range of modern amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a children’s play area. The project is also well-equipped with both corporation water and borewell water supply.

In terms of location, it’s quite convenient: 

  1. Just 1 minute from ICC Devi Gaurav Tech Park

  2. Around 30 minutes from Hinjewadi IT Park

  3. Approximately 30 minutes from TATA Technologies

I have not yet made a final decision, but I plan to visit the site once more before making my choice.

The project is well connected to the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway and is surrounded by lush greenery, which adds to its appeal. We also found that the possession date is February 2029, and the project is RERA-approved with the number P52100051200. However, we haven’t made a final decision to invest yet.
