This was my first experience with Gati Packers and Movers Pune, and it was okay. The staff was friendly, but the pre-move coordination was very disappointing. My father recently employed Gati Packers and Movers Pune for a home relocation. The pickup was somewhat on schedule, and their staff packed most of the goods nicely, although communication could have been improved. They handled larger furniture well. However, some small boxes appeared loosely packed, and my father had to remind them of a few vulnerable items. The delivery took somewhat longer than it was supposed to, but nothing was broken. Starting with the good things, they have a good line of vehicles and we were given a specious one to fit our items well. Their team made things easy for us by packing the materials well and quickly.
Coming to what can be improved, I found it a hassle to make the booking in the first place. Plus, the rates can be lowered in my opinion. All in all, they are good and you can try them out for shifting.
