The company does not know how to run a business. Gati Packers and Movers took my money and did not deliver my items. I was moving out of Delhi last month and was given a quote of 11000 rupees by this company. After taking my luggage, they called me and said that I would have to pay extra money or else, they wouldn’t give me my stuff. I got repeated calls, which affected me a lot. I heard about the Gati packers and movers New Delhi through my college friend who had earlier taken their services. I then finalised them while shifting to Mumbai and was satisfied with their efforts.
The pickup and delivery guys were well behaved and were willing to help wherever I needed them. They were quick in loading the items, so it didn’t take up a lot of my time in getting the packing and loading job done.
I would just say that they can try to reduce the delivery time. But, talking about the rest, they are professional and have a good network all around.
