Went to see the flats on offer in Fortune Water like a month back. Overall I did like it and so did my family. But the one thing that impressed us the most was the area of these flats. They are quite spacious if you compare them with standard 3 BHK homes. Flats are available in sizes from 1875 sq. ft. to 2,880 sq. ft. Having said all of this, we couldn’t finalise the deal because of our budget constraints.

Pretty decent 3 BHK homes in a nice area. Kukatpally is one of the locations we have been looking to buy a flat in. The project is close to Hitech City, so that way I feel it is in a good place to travel to other parts of Hyderabad. The property in itself is quite big, spread across like 3 acres and just next to Kukatpally Metro Station. If you are looking for a modern home in Kukatpally, this can be an option to consider.

I believe this is a really good home option in Hyderabad. I just finalised the deal for a flat. Like the locality of Kukatpally helps with going to other areas and the amenities too are a lot. There is a mini theatre, basketball court, indoor pool, cafe, library, yoga and more. Good balance of modern and functional features, I would say.
