We have been looking at 2 BHK properties in Mogappair for a while and came across this society. I talked with a few of the residents to get some Everest Colony reviews. The society has all 2 BHK flats and there are over 150 units with 5 acres as the total land area.
Talking about the Everest Colony address, the place is in J. J Nagar, Mogappair East. Connectivity is something that we like. Several bus stops are available within 1.5 km from the society. The Koyambedu metro station is roughly 3 km from here and the Thirumangalam Metro Station is 4 km away. Even emergency services are not that far. Neomed Hospital, SKS Hospital and Serene Life Hospital are within 2 to 4 km from here. We are in talks with the seller and have to see if we can get a good deal.

My family has been living here for over a decade now. This society was completed in 1998, so it has been quite a long time since. Although you won’t get modern features like societies now do, the area is clean with a large space for parking. There is a big ground, around which buildings are present. I would say that this can be a good pick if you are looking to get a house on budget. You will get limited amenities, but Mogappair is an excellent area and safe for families, which makes it good.

My mother and I saw a flat in this society a couple of weeks ago. We had mixed impressions as the society is old and is conventional in terms of the architecture. However, it is clean, decently maintained with an enormous area. There are several supermarkets around, with a nice surrounding for families to live in. We are exploring other options at present to compare everything. If the sound of this society interests you, give it a visit first to see if you like it.
