About a month ago, I visited Eminent by Ramky to learn more about the project. The sales team shared that they offer 3 and 4-BHK apartments. A 3 BHK apartment (2,290 sqft) starts at approximately Rs. 7,601 per sqft, while a 4 BHK (3,370 to 3,445 sqft) is priced higher, around Rs. 8,001 per sqft. The project is registered with RERA under P02400009908. I am still considering investing here, but since the project is expected to be completed only by 2030, it feels a bit too far for my plans.
