It is surrounded by significant highways and social infrastructure, including IT parks, schools, and colleges. It is located just next to the Kilambakkam bus station.
Some of the major locational advantages are as follows;
Chennai outer ring road: 6 Km
GST road: 3 Km
VIT Chennai: 9 Km
Shriram Gateway: 4 Km
Overall, I liked the location. I am planning to book a 1500 sq. ft. plot here.

When I visited this project, the builder informed me that customers can check the original documents only after paying a 10% advance. The enclave offers a premium layout with 40 and 24-foot roads, with prices starting from Rs. 33 lakhs onwards. However, I was more interested in investing in an affordable flat in this locality rather than plots. Therefore, I checked out
Shriram Park 63, where I am planning to book a 2 BHK apartment of 1135 SqFt for Rs. 89 lakhs.

In this Elephantine Easton Enclave review, I will share my experience with my recent visit to this project. I am impressed with the site. Easton Enclave is a 3-acre residential neighbourhood with security situated within the 85-acre SSM Nagar township of Perungalathur. It has around 86 villa plots from 600 sq. ft. up to 1500 sq. ft. It is a CMRDA and RERA-approved project and the Elephantine Easton Enclave rera number is TN/35/Layout/1086/2024.
