We found an ad for this project a while back and then visited. I quite liked the project while my father had a different opinion. The structure is made out of RCC, with vitrified flooring, a branded European water closet, hot and cold water mixer unit as some of the other features.
There’s covered parking, a sewage treatment plant, 24/7 power back up, visitor’s parking, an EV charging point and more.
The 2 BHK has a built up area of 1014 sq. ft. to 1191 sq. ft, starting at Rs. 45.6 lakhs, which is where my father disagreed with me and found the price a bit high.
But, in my opinion, it is a fair deal and we are still thinking about this project. You should contact them once to get a better idea.

Hey! So my partner and I went on site to see the project in April. The DS Max Sky Samurai unit size comprises 285 units of 2 and 3 BHK. These are quite luxurious flats with several amenities like a swimming pool, sauna, steam, gym, children’s play area, a party hall and more.
The DS Max Sky Samurai 3 BHK price starts at Rs. 64.04 lakhs with a built up area ranging from 1307 sq. ft. to 1652 sq. ft., which I feel is quite spacious.
We haven’t decided yet as we are taking our time to see other projects and then finalise. I do recommend you give this project a visit to see if you like it.

I am here to share my DS Max Sky Samurai review. I went with my father to learn about the offerings in this project a week back. The DS Max has undertaken this project which is located in the Kacharakanahalli region of Bengaluru.
For us, the DS Max Sky Samurai location has been the highlight. The Hope Farm metro station on the Purple Line is 15 minutes from the project, and the Nexus Shantiniketan Mall and the Park Square Mall are also nearby.
I also asked about the DS Max Sky Samurai unit configuration, which was told as 2 and 3 BHK in an area of 1.3 acres. The building will have two basements, a ground floor and 14 floors in this project.
Upon inquiring about the DS Max Sky Samurai 2 BHK price, I found the rate starting from Rs. 45.63 lakhs, which I feel is a really good deal considering the spacious area.
