I have been staying in Malad West since 2014, and now I decided to purchase an apartment. I asked about the available properties in the area and learned about this project called Dotom Sapphire and decided to pay them a visit.
After visiting the project, I asked about the Dotom Sapphire price list and carpet area. I also asked about the RERA number. The executive told me that, the prices of the apartments were starting from Rs. 93.5 Lakhs and the RERA number is P51800051190. After that, he provided me with a list that had the carpet area of the units. Following that, I decided to book a 2 BHK unit with them. Here is the carpet area list.

My uncle was interested in purchasing a property here and thus he asked me to check a few Dotom Sapphire reviews before visiting. After I checked the reviews, we decided to visit the site.
During our visit to the property, we enquired about the amenities they were offering, which the executive told us to be children's play area, indoor games, club clubhouse, etc. My uncle also enquired about the Dotom Sapphire 1BHK and 2BHK price, which he said to be starting from Rs. 93.5 Lakhs. The executive also told us that thehouses are Vastu compliant. Uncle decided to purchase a unit there but asked the executive about some of the key places around the project, which are

My cousin was interested in purchasing an apartment, and he asked me to accompany him to check out a project, named Dotom Sapphire. He told me that the Dotom Sapphire location is Wing R, next to Bhoomi Mart, Bhoomi Park Rd, opp. Billabong International School, Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400095.
After arriving at the location, my cousin asked about the Dotom Sapphire project area. The executive told us that, the project area is around 6.33 acres. My cousin also asked about the Dotom Sapphire possession date, which they told us to be somewhere around October 2027, but it could change depending on the construction state. They even told us that they have Jodi unit available. My cousin decided to book a 1BHK + 2 BHK Jodi unit with them following this.
