We went through many Dosti Ambrosia reviews before checking out the 3 BHK on resale in this society. A friend of ours suggested we go to see the apartment and we had a mixed view of the place. You will find a total of 264 flats of 2 and 3 BHK here in a single tower of 36 floors. I think that place is nice as a whole, with well-maintained premises and flats. But, 36 floors is a downside when there’s an emergency evacuation. The flat we saw is on the 30th floor, so that had us thinking, even after having been impressed with the rest of the features.

Hi. My parents and I live in a 2 BHK in Dosti Ambrosia and the experience has been good thus far. We got the house 5 years ago and haven’t faced any major issues thus far. The location is well connected to BKC, Lower Parel, and Fort, so commuting to work isn’t a fuss. The Eastern Freeway also connects to the other parts of Mumbai.
As far as the Dosti Ambrosia price goes, I’d say the prices must have changed and increased a lot since we bought the house. So, doing a site visit would help you with the estimated value. This is a nice place to reside and settle down in Mumbai and you can keep it as an option.

The Dosti Ambrosia address, which is on the New Uphill Link Road in Wadala is quite nice in my opinion. You have easy commute options as the Acharya Atre Nagar metro station is less than a km away, while the Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar train station is about 2 km from the society. We visited the place a few weeks ago to check out a 2 BHK on sale and came back with a positive feeling about the flat.
The parking is nice and so is the comprehensive security system in the society. There are several amenities like a swimming pool, gym, park, visitor\'s parking, aerobics room, etc to keep you occupied. Since this is an old property, completed in 2016, the Dosti Ambrosia possession date has no issues as you can get hold of the flat as soon as all the formalities are done. We are still considering this place, but it does look promising to live in.
