Documents required for will in India:
1) An individual who is making a will should approach the Sub-registrar's office.
2) The Mental Fitness Certificate from an MBBS/MD Doctor.
3) The Testator's Genuine Signed Will.
4) Two witnesses should be there with their two pictures.
5) Photo proof of two witnesses and the person who made the Will.
6) Pan Card of will making person and his 2 witnesses.
7) Address proof of the person who made the will.
