I am here to share my review of this project. There are a total of 9 blocks from A to I in this project, being built in a structured and spacious manner. I checked whether the project is registered RERA or not beforehand and found the Divine Space RERA number, P01100005787.
The Divine Space possession date is in November of 2027 which is the perfect time for us to move in. So, we have made the booking for a 2 BHK in this property.

The Divine Space address, which is located in Osman Nagar, Tellapur, I inquired about a month ago. I was looking for a 3 BHK around Osman Nagar and got information about this. First up, I was impressed with the material quality being used. The amenities here are something I haven’t seen anywhere else yet thus far. There is an electric car charging point, pet park, gym, badminton, basketball and squash courts, theatre room, party hall, cafeteria, yoga room and the list goes on and on.
I was interested in the 3 BHK here but couldn’t find the Divine Space 3BHK price. Hence, I am yet to make any booking. Overall, I feel it is a good project, and we are considering knowing more about this and finalising if everything goes well.

Hello there. I recently went to the Divine Space project by Divine Homes. The location was the first thing which caught my interest as the address connects the place to the other parts of Hyderabad very well. The ORR is just 5 minutes away, with the Nagulapalli MMTS Station 10 minutes away. Regions like Velimela, Kokapet and Financial District can be reached in a decent time, too.
I liked the layout of the 2 BHK, which has a carpet area of 793 square feet. The space is decent, but would've appreciated a larger carpet area. Overall, I give the project a rating of 8 out of 10 in my Divine Space review.
