I am planning to buy an apartment in Yelahanka, Bangalore. One of my friends who stays near to this project asked me to visit the property. He said that the Divine Green Leaf possession date is by December 2027. He also provided me with the floor plan;
3BHK North Face: 1490 sq. ft.
2BHK East Face: 1220 sq. ft.
2BHK North Face: 1220 & 1120 sq. ft.
3BHK East Face: 1580 & 1515 sq. ft.
My friend said that the approximate Divine Green Leaf price list ranges from Rs. 90.71 Lakhs to Rs. 1.27 Crores. However, I think this is way beyond my budget. So I am checking out another project in this locality;
Vaishnavi Serene. Here I can get a 2 BHK at Rs. 69.72 Lakhs!

I visited this project after going through several positive Divine Green Leaf reviews. However, I had a really bad experience with them. The developers stopped answering my calls and emails after I paid a small advance for a property. We paid the advance and were prepared to pay the remaining cash as requested by the developer, but it was evident that they had chosen to ignore our pledge. They failed to deposit a cheque and abandoned us without providing us with an explanation or appropriate correspondence.
