I hired Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers for our Pune to Delhi household relocation. The packing quality was satisfactory, and the personnel were friendly. However, the delivery was delayed for about 4 days, which caused me a few problems. I had to spend Rs. 7000 on a mattress as my belongings were not delivered, and we didn’t have anything.
Communication could have been more effective, and updates were slow. A handful of boxes arrived with minor dents, but the contents were intact. But there is room for improvement in coordination and punctuality. Overall, I had an average experience.

I used the house shifting service of Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers for a local transfer in Pune. My experience was a mixed one. They performed an excellent job packing most of my furniture and equipment, and the entire staff was friendly. However, the move began almost 6 hours late, and the supervisor was not aggressive in providing information. A couple of boxes appeared slightly crushed, but the products were fine. The billing process was transparent, but the delays and lack of communication detracted from the entire experience. Not bad, but not outstanding.

My Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers review is average. The packers and movers provided adequate but not exceptional service. They were nice and did an excellent job packing my goods. However, they arrived late on moving day without prior notice, and that disrupted my entire timetable. During unloading, a few small items were misplaced, but nothing valuable was lost. Customer service was good, but delayed in resolving concerns. If they improve their scheduling and communication, the service will be far better. 3.5 out of 5 from my side.
