What are the Crown Relocations Reviews?

I had a good experience with them. We relocated from Whitefield to Koramangala in Bangalore and got professional support from the team. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of any tracking information. The package reached us a few days later than the promised time, but some kind of prior communication could have been better.

I appreciate their packing quality and price chart, but I wish they work better in customer service and management. We received our boxes 2 weeks later, and when my partner raised complaints and asked to share tracking information, there was hardly any response from the team. Not sure why there are so many positive Crown Relocations reviews.

Do not trust the positive Crown Relocations reviews. I had a terrible experience with them. Not only they quoted a higher price only to shift 3 boxes from Hebbal to Koramangala, we received damaged boxes with broken crockery, and there was no accountability from their side, which annoyed me the most. I recently opted for

for house shifting and found them far better.

I liked the packaging they provided with double protection, but I found their pricing higher than other companies. We didn’t have much time to look for options then, so went ahead after reading a few positive Crown Relocations reviews. Anyway, the team was polite and very cooperative.

Very disappointed with the service provided by Crown Relocations. We received our couches broken and a few things were missing, too. I had paid extra for insurance, but when we raised this concern, nobody responded properly. I’ve sent a number of emails since last week, but no response.

After going through some positive Crown Relocations reviews online, I availed of their service and had a terrific experience. First of all, they arrived late and started packing the goods haphazardly in the boxes and realised that they did not bring enough boxes hence used our bags and trolley to fit them. Secondly, they arrived late at the destination (as expected) by two hours and realised that two boxes were missing. Third, they asked us for Rs 1,000 more for unloading. They are unprofessional and money-minded, so please avoid them at all costs. I will rate them 0 in my Crown Packers and Movers review.

My experience with Crown Packers and Movers was average. They arrived on time, charged me a nominal fee, and loaded the goods with care. But there is one thing I did not like, and that is their packaging. They used poor-quality packaging items and did not take proper measures to protect delicate items. Two of our glasses broke, the glass on our coffee table got scratched, and some of the other goods had dent marks on them. I expected better service from them so I will rate them 2/ 5. I have used Crown Relocations on a previous occasion and was satisfied with the service. And because of that I decided to use their services again, which was probably the biggest mistake that I made. They came with a small vehicle and after packing my belongings, when they tried to load the boxes, they realised the vehicle was small. They   informed us that all the items do not fit and we have to carry a few in our car. Please avoid these unprofessional people. 

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I used crown relocations to move Bangalore to South Delhi. My items arrived one month late with several damages, and my microwave was broken. Apatt from that there are numerous issues such as bad communication, bad management, incompetent personnel, the list goes on and on. I would suggest you not use Crown Movers as to move your belongings as you will regret it. I have written this Crown Movers reviews to make everyone aware of these people. 

I had the worst experience ever. Crown Relocations never sealed any of my high-end items in boxes and as a result a lot of these expensive items went missing. I have been calling them for the last few months and they are declining to pay the compensation. I don’t know what to do next but if you don't want to go through this ordeal, then avoid them.
