What are the Crescent Silverwoods Reviews, Chandivali, Mumbai?

Recently, I visited this project when I was looking to invest in some property in Chandivali Farm Road. I found the Crescent Silverwoods possession date to be commenced from December 2026. I instantly liked some things about this project, like the amenities it offered, along with its modern design and high-quality construction. 

But the thing I appreciated about it the most is Crescent Silverwoods address and its locational advantages. It has amazing proximity to major business hubs, educational institutions, and recreational facilities, along with access to premium shopping and dining options.

   Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital is also only 10mins away, all of which makes our daily living very convenient since we won’t have to commute a lot. 

• There is also a DMart 10mins away for our daily household needs. 

Because of such locational convenience, I am investing in a 2BHK in this property.

Hi! I heard about this project from my cousin after I told him I was looking for good properties to invest in Chandivali, Andheri East. So I looked up the amenities offered by this project, and found out that they have an indoor gymnasium, which is amazing because I love working out. They also have a designated kid’s play area, which my small ones would enjoy. They also have a reading area, along with a yoga-meditation deck. 

For sports, they have a multipurpose court area, an open exercise area and even a carrom play area. Along with all such amenities, this project offers a banquet hall, security 24x7, electrical vehicle charging and so on. The Crescent Silverwoods price starts at Rs.1.75crore, based on your unit configuration. Because of such comprehensive lifestyle amenities and its strategic location, I planned to visit the project and consider investing here.

There, I found out that this project offers 1BHK and 2BHK unit configurations, which are suitable for a nuclear family like mine.

They have established a solid reputation for amazing after-sales support, creative design, and high-quality craftsmanship over the course of two decades. The project is also RERA approved, and you can check this by Crescent Silverwoods RERA Number P51800051751. Knowing all of this made me want to invest in an 808 sq. ft. 3 BHK Optima in this project even more.
