I visited this project to gather some information last Sunday. When I asked about the construction completion date, the builders informed me that the Concorde Eleve possession date is set for April 2030. The project is well-connected to key locations.
Hoodi Halt train station is 17 minutes away,
The Impact Safety Glass bus stop is 7 minutes away.
I also asked about the Concorde Eleve RERA number, and the builder provided the details: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/210325/007608. After checking all the details, I planned to book a unit here.
